A clockwork autosymbiotic species that is a gestalt of many gearlike macro-amoeba. Even the shells that protect their steam core fueled bodies are made out of microscopic gears. They look like roughly, canine centaurs, excpt the arms are the front paws for manipulators. Some species wonder if they're natural at all, or if something unsavory happened in their past. Typically, brass or bronze in appearance.
